1. Where We Build
Zhonghaoyue Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. is an artificial intelligence product solution provider and manufacturer with security inspection equipment as its core. Our headquarters and production are on the 12th floor of Building 2, Longbang High-Tech Industrial Park, Guangming District, Shenzhen — Room 1202, 375 Kejie 2nd Road, Shutianpu, Matian Street.
The product range we build today covers the whole screening route through an entrance:
- Intelligent security inspection gates
- Mobile phone detection gates
- Walk-through metal detection security gates
- Handheld metal detectors
- X-ray security inspection equipment
Alongside the factory, we operate multiple business centres and after-sales service institutions across Mainland China, which is also how overseas partners get technical support after delivery.
2. From Modular Parts to a Finished Gate
A walk-through detector leaves our line as a main unit and two detection door panels — and that modular structure is the reason the machines behave consistently.
The design is fully modular and production follows a standardised assembly line, so the same configuration built in different batches performs the same way. It also decides how the equipment lives in your building: a modular unit is easier to transport, easier to install in an entrance that was never designed for a screening gate, and easier to service because a single section can be replaced instead of the whole machine.
The exterior uses a PVC door material — fire-resistant, corrosion-resistant, moisture-resistant and impact-resistant, and it does not warp. It is the same class of material used by imported brands, which is what keeps an entrance gate looking like part of the building rather than a temporary installation.
3. Calibration, Self-Test and Packing
Detection performance is not created in the catalogue; it is created at calibration. Each unit is set up and tested before it is packed:
- Frequency and sensitivity calibration on the individual unit, including per-zone sensitivity adjustment.
- Power-on self-test that automatically diagnoses the system at start-up, identifies component failures and reports them on screen, plus independent self-tests for alarm sounds and indicator lights.
- Function verification — passage indication, alarm tones, counting and record keeping.
- Documented packing: the unit ships as a complete kit with panels, fasteners, keys, power cord, manual, warranty card and certificate of conformity.
Because the gates support on-device calibration and preset application scenarios, the same checks can be repeated at the customer’s site after installation — which is what keeps a gate accurate in an entrance we have never seen.
4. What the Certifications Cover
For distributors and integrators, certifications are usually the first filter in a tender. Ours cover three levels:
- Product certifications: CE, FCC, RoHS and FDA standards.
- Technical standards: GB 15210-2018 General Technical Specifications for Walk-Through Metal Detectors; interference immunity to EN 50082-1, radiation to EN 50081-1 and electrical safety to EN 60950.
- Corporate management systems: ISO 9001:2015 quality management, ISO 14001:2015 environmental management and ISO 45001:2018 / OHSAS 18001:2007 occupational health and safety.
Our high-precision model additionally carries certification from national security and alarm product testing centres in China — documentation that matters in government and institutional projects.
5. Customization Happens on the Line, Not in a Warehouse
The reason we can promise OEM/ODM work is structural: it happens before production, at the factory, not after the machine has already been built.
- Interfaces rebuilt to match a client’s own standard, including typography;
- Display logic controlled on site by the operator;
- Integration into the client’s own platform;
- Camera hardware nominated by the client rather than supplied by us;
- Mechanical adaptations — including lighter door panels — for handling requirements.

6. Beyond the Machine
